A Full Passive Fire Package for Three Live Towers
Downing Construction appointed Elite Fire Stop Ltd to deliver a passive fire protection package of around £1m across Square Gardens, a three-tower co-living scheme on First Street, Manchester.
Our role covered compliant installation, technical support, quality assurance and day-to-day coordination with the site team, so the fire strategy and the programme were both protected.
Elite Fire Stop delivered a high-quality installation throughout the First Street development, completing the works efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of documentation and compliance. Their communication was one of the standout aspects of the project—always proactive, solution-focused and keeping us informed every step of the way.
