Chute Fire Compliance refurbishment works –

Our turnkey service can replace, repair or service the existing fire safe prevention systems. In the event that the system is beyond repair we can install our independently tested, heavy duty 4 hour Chute Fire Safe Protection System, undertaken to BS476: Part 22: 1987 with a 24-month warranty. Each of our systems is fabricated here in the UK and specifically manufactured for the requirements of each chute to meet the requirements of the latest British Standards.

Every chute requires independently tested fire rated access doors. We offer 5 different hopper doorsets (certified to 2.5 hours) to fit and bespoke parts as required to suit any aperture. In addition to meeting British Standards, they are smoke resistant, fire resistant, vandal proof, flush fitting, self closing and powder coated RAL7024 ripple grey.

Upon completion of any remedial/refurbishment works a chute compliance report will be produced and audited by a Certified Fire Technician.
Refuse Chute Service & Fire Inspection –

Our Refuse Chute service and Fire Inspection is carried out by a Certified Fire Technician. Our unique ‘Live On-site Inspection Auditor app’ helps us generate your Refuse Chute Fire Risk Assessment Report, providing our clients with photographic and written evidence, along with a full compliance report, Fire Risk Assessment recommendations and Fire Certification for the building’s refuse chute.

If your refuse chute has electrical applications such as tri/bi separators we can also send a certified Electrical Engineer as part of our service. Just let us know the chute specifications and we can quote accordingly.
