Buxton Crescent is a Grade I-listed, Georgian building built by the fifth Duke of Devonshire in the 1780s. This £50m renovation development project was transformed into a 5-star, 80-bedroom hotel where we carried out passive fire protection to the entire building, including the new spa and swimming pool renovation and the old hall hotel which is one of England’s oldest hotels and dates back to 1573.
